China’s got a $2 trillion war chest, and which continues to grow, to pursue its “buy, buy, bribe and seduce” methodology of global hegemony achievement. To counter it, the coalition announced a trillion dollar fund, part of which will go to addressing Canada’s systemic dysfunctionalities; the collateral of which is oil sands wealth. To remind everyone in the East-West Corridor of Diplomacy that it’s being arranged, an initiative was prepared and delivered on November 12, 2009.
First a trip to Washington, Berlin and London and then taking charge of a trillion dollar account: what are the disbelievers and cynics in the Fiefdom treatise audience going to say and do then? Anyone who tries to gain favor will be turned away as intellectually incompetent, pubic trust untrustworthy or a disingenuous fair weather Canadian. Because by then it’ll be too-o-o late.
The trust fund was announced repeatedly in early and mid-July 2009 and then corroborated later than month. The Chinada High Command believed it, for they reacted with their usual depraved and disgusting arrogance.
A reminder was delivered to the diplomatic corridor through the NBC News portal. Producers embedded it during a December 12th segment, red flagging it with a very clever Clooney Maneuver and timed with the ‘clash of civilizations’ lexiconic combination, 38. They also added the child protection theme:

Earlier that week Congress passed a bill that was tailored to again high profile and condemn the assassination of the American during the opening day of the Beijing Olympics – keeping that atrocity in the diplomacy discourse and reminding everyone who believes in a peaceful, secure and prosperous world that Chinada’s imperialism will usher in a Dark Ages. CBS News producers created a graphic with a coalition identifying three geo-politicized statistics and the confidential language’s three prime numbers. There's the number 47 juxtaposed to a China identifier (4 + 4 = 8), the Custodian Chief’s damages, 5, and the coalition (3 + 9 = 12). And it's timed to generate a Taylor Identifier.
